Disability Support Workers
Full-Time / Part-Time / CasualProvide direct, hands-on support to NDIS participants across Melbourne. Assist with personal care, community access, daily living skills, and social participation. Suit candidates with a genuine passion for disability support and strong interpersonal skills.
Senior Support Workers
Full-Time / Part-TimeTake on a leadership role within participant support teams. Mentor junior staff, manage complex support needs, and act as a key point of contact for participants and families. Requires demonstrated experience in disability support and strong problem-solving ability.
Team Leaders
Full-TimeOversee the delivery of support services within your designated region. Manage rostering, coordinate with participants and families, conduct staff supervision, and ensure service quality meets our standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
Support Coordinators
Full-TimeWork directly with NDIS participants to implement their plans, connect them with appropriate services, and strengthen their capacity to coordinate their own supports over time. Requires strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and local service landscape.
Before You Apply
Requirements Checklist
To work in NDIS disability support, you will need the following checks and qualifications. We can assist with obtaining these if you do not currently hold them.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
A valid, current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing)
National Police Check
A current National Police Check (not older than 12 months) or willingness to obtain one
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A valid Working with Children Check where roles involve participants under 18
First Aid & CPR Certificate
A current First Aid and CPR certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent) or willingness to complete training
Australian Drivers Licence
A valid Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle for community-based support
